Course Description

This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to enhance project outcomes through the application of the quality policy by contributing to quality planning, applying quality policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement within projects.

Students will be required to show competency with the submission of an individual  report (including case study)


Assessment Tasks

• Assessment 1: outline of project, 10%, week 4.

• Assessment 2: interim report, 30%, week 8.

• Assessment 3: final report, 60%, week 16.

Student directed hours involve completing activities such as reading online resources, assignments, individual student-teacher course-related consultation. Students are required to self-study the learning materials and complete the assigned out of class activities for the scheduled non-teaching hours. The estimated time is 25 hours outside the class time.
