Course Description
This unit specifies the outcomes required to manage the identification, acquisition, analysis and use of appropriate information which plays a significant part in the organisation’s effectiveness. Particular emphasis is on the development of systems and the analysis and the analysis of information.

Learning Outcomes
Overview of Assessment
Progressive assessments will include oral and written demonstration, simulation role-plays, computer assisted learning, observation of group discussions, assignment and projects. Practical work will be assessed under conditions which will simulate the normal work environment.
