Top of pagePurpose of the Program
The Bachelor of Business (Management) program provides you with critical and broad ranging studies to enable you to enter graduate positions in administration and management. The program provides you with opportunities to develop the required knowledge and outcomes to operate successfully in contemporary environments. You will be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the core areas of management in a diverse range of political, social, environmental and economic contexts.
This program will actively explore and apply management theory through problem-based and work-relevant activities which may include face-to-face, online, self-directed, collaborative and individual learning experience and is delivered on-campus.
In the final year of the program, the capstone experience course BUSM4549 Organisational Experience provides the culmination of the knowledge, skills and applied work practice experiences that prepare you to transit into business world.
On successful completion of the program, you will be able to work within a wide range of organisations and industries in varied roles, and career entry positions, such as business administration, management consulting and strategy analysis. The program will provide you with a basis for further development of your knowledge and skills in management, and for further study in business and management.

Credit and exemptions will be assessed consistent with the principles of the RMIT University Credit Policy. If you have completed studies or have partially completed a similar program at another institution (with entry criteria similar to this program) you may be accepted with some credits or exemptions being granted towards this program.
Credit pathways between RMIT University programs enable you upon graduating from an RMIT University qualification to apply for advanced standing in a higher level qualification.

Trimester 1, 2023 is the final intake for BP217 Bachelor of Business (Management).
Academic requirements:
For the RMIT Vietnam program you will have to have received the Bang Tot Nghiep Pho Thong Trung Hoc (Upper Secondary School Graduation Certificate) with a Minimum Grade of 7.0 to enter the program.
For entry via the Diploma of Commerce RMIT Vietnam, you must have successfully completed all of the requirements of this Diploma to be given entry to the program. Some students may enter the program with credit granted on the basis of studies already completed at an equivalent level. This cohort of students typically enters the program in the second year
