Purpose of the Program
This program is designed to prepare you for a seamless transition into a range of higher education programs. It develops a mix of discipline knowledge and study skills in a supportive, flexible and learner-centred environment. It aims to assist you to become an independent, critical and lifelong learner and to maximise your potential for success.
You will undertake a range of learning activities and experiences aimed at developing your language skills, stream specific knowledge as well as the study skills required for further study at university level.
Face to face is the primary mode of delivery of this pathway.

Upon successful completion of UniStart Academic pathway with a minimum grade of 50% in the introductory course to a discipline (Intro to Business and Management OR Intro to Communication and Design OR Intro to Science and Technology), you will progress to an approved undergraduate award program at RMIT Vietnam in accordance with your letter of offer.
Students wishing to articulate to an award program in a different discipline to the discipline introduction course studied in this pathway may be required to complete an additional discipline introduction course; students should discuss options with their UniStart program advisor before commencing the discipline-specific course.
Students may be permitted to attempt a course more than once to meet the standard required to progress to a degree program. The result of the latest attempt will be considered for articulation.

You must have successfully completed a Vietnamese high school diploma with a minimum GPA of 6.0/10.0 in Grade 12, or equivalent.
English language requirements:

Once you are enrolled as a student in this program you will need to allow for expenses other than university tuition fees. Additional expenses may relate to the purchase of lecture notes, textbooks, stationery, consumables such as printer paper, fees levied by commercial internet service providers for internet access outside of the university campus, and other relevant costs.
