Course Description

In this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to modify and redesign electronics and communication systems. You will also develop understanding in:

  • safe working practices
  • system parameter reconfiguration
  • analysis to assure optimum performance
  • following procedures
  • documenting final modificaiton and settings

This course is delivered and assessed with the following: 

  • UEEEC0016 - Develop engineering solutions to RF amplifier problems; and 
  • UEEEC0007 - Commission electronics and communications systems

Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

Pre-requisite unit: UEECD0007 - Apply work health and safety regulations, code and practices in the workplace

relevant industry standards. Participants should be aware that they may be asked to personally demonstrate their assessment activities to their teacher or assessor.
