Course Description
In the Live Production industry, much of the work is carried out in teams. In this course you will develop performance plans, lead lighting crews and work with the heads of other production crews.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course will involve demonstration of practical tasks and testing of your knowledge.
Assessment Tasks
Semester 1 (with Deb Hatton)
Each student will complete a set of practical tasks in class which will have been designed to assess the required Lead and manage team effectiveness
knowledge and performance evidence.
The submission date for this assessment is the end of Semester 1.
Semester 2 (with Simon Embury)
Through Practical Placement at an approved employer, or via visiting and interviewing an approved industry employer, each student will submit written answers to a set of required knowledge evidence questions.
This assessment can be completed and submitted between August – October after consultation with the teacher/assessor.
This course is ungraded
To demonstrate competency in this course you will need to complete the following pieces of assessment to a satisfactory standard. You will receive feedback from the teacher at the conclusion of each assessment task.
