This program is designed to equip you with knowledge of analytics in the area of Human Resourse Management (HRM) and develop your ability to analyze data and make data-based ethical and socially responsible decisions.
Rapidly advancing information technologies are transforming HRM and the people management landscape. Utilising people analytics has become a high priority for many organisations. Organisations are seeking to apply people analytics to assess the potential of employees, contributions of teams, identify high performers and potential leaders, as well as finding ways to ensure the retention of their employees and enhance employee performance. However, most organisations are facing critical difficulties to build their people analytic capabilities, impacting on employee productivity, and business profitability and growth. The Graduate Certificate in People Analytics addresses this organisational gap by providing the skills needed and embedding data analytics in the strategic and day-to-day use of HRM. Graduates of this program can work as people and organisation or HR analytics managers, organisational consultants, business managers, workforce planning managers, staff engagement managers and other related jobs. The delivery of this program is blended comprising of face-to-face and online learning.

Academic Entrance requirements
- An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management and Data Analytics or a related field or higher level of qualification.
Alternate Entry
- No prior academic qualifications with a minimum of five years’ full-time experience (FTE) or equivalent, working in Business, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Applicants will be required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
- Applicants may demonstrate they meet English language proficiency requirements with evidence of two years professional work experience in an occupation requiring English language proficiency.
Entrance requirements for international onshore applicants:
- All non-Australian residents and overseas full-fee paying students are required to meet RMIT English language requirements. For more information on these requirements see English Language Requirements at RMIT.

Once you are enrolled as a student in this program you will need to allow for expenses other than university tuition fees. Additional expenses may relate to the purchase of lecture notes, textbooks, stationery, consumables such as printer paper, fees levied by commercial internet service providers for internet access outside of the university campus, and other relevant costs.
